Fed Cup matches moved from Tokyo to Kobe (AP)
The Fed Cup matches between Japan and Argentina will be played in Kobe instead of Tokyo. The International Tennis Federation says the World Group II playoff, which was postponed from April until July 16-17 because of the earthquake in Japan, will be played on an indoor hard court at Bourbon Beans Dome.
